BuildWithin is a company based in Washington D.C. that offers technological solutions and learning programs to close the skills gap in the labor market. Its platform facilitates the management of apprenticeships and training, helping companies and governments to develop talent in a structured way. Recognized in the LinkedIn Top Startups 2024 list, BuildWithin consolidates itself as a benchmark in employability and professional development.
Skill Nation, an employability program in Washington, D.C., in collaboration with DOES, connects people to jobs through courses, certifications and apprenticeship programs, fostering practical skills in diverse industries.
In Prose, we created the identity of the program, inspired by the concept of Upskilling, representing constant progress and the development of new skills. The design transmits dynamism and growth, reflecting the transformation of the participants as they progress in their training.
We developed a vibrant color palette which symbolizes energy and motivation, together with a logo which evokes movement and ascent. La webpage and its applications on different channels were designed to be accessible, intuitive and visually appealing, reinforcing the program's mission.
La launch campaign puts participants at the center of the narrative, highlighting their stories, aspirations and achievements, showing how Skills Nation encourages them to achieve new opportunities and strengthen their professional future.
